Hubcast Media Supports the Great Canadian Flood Relief Concert to Raise Funds for Canadian Red Cross

Vancouver, BC, Canada (Dec 17, 2021) - Hubcast Media is honoured to join artists, broadcasters and organizers from across Canada to present the Great Canadian Flood Relief Concert, taking place on Sunday, December 19th and Monday, December 20th. The online concert is raising funds for the Canadian Red Cross, with donations being directed to regions devastated by flooding in both British Columbia as well as Newfoundland and Nova Scotia.

Hubcast’s “Campus Studio” is serving as the west coast location for the online benefit concert. The ten acre facility is located in Port Kells, which is nestled near Abbotsford in the heart of the Fraser Valley where the worst of BC's late November flooding occurred.

The musical lineup for the two day fundraiser features over 30 award winning artists such as JUNO and Latin Grammy award winner Alex Cuba.

Hosted by veteran broadcasters Mark Forsythe, Jen Moss, and Geoff Edwards, the west coast segments from the Campus' soundstage include live performances by Shari Ulrich, Paul Pigat, Bukola, Ranj Singh, Reid Jamieson & Carolyn Mill, and Cannery Row.

The east coast location is the Peggy Corkum Music Room located in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Both venues as well as the artists, hosts and organizers are volunteering their time and services for the event. To learn more, visit FloodRelief.ca/media..

Performances will be taking place Sunday and Monday at 2:00 PM PT / 6:00 pm AT on the Great Canadian Flood Relief website and Facebook page.
